About the role
- Actively manage and expand the existing customer base in your sales region (North / Central / South)
- Targeted acquisition of new customers in the on‑trade channel
- Supervise and coordinate sales agencies operating in your region, with responsibility for achieving targets
- Accompany export managers from our Italian partners on strategically important customer visits
- Close coordination and joint visit planning with headquarters
- Implement modern marketing and sales concepts to strengthen customer loyalty
- Monitor the market and analyze competitors
- Record and process orders using our modern SAP system
Requirements
- Proven field sales experience, ideally in wine, delicatessen or premium FMCG
- Strong affinity for Italian food and lifestyle culture
- Experience working with external sales partners (e.g. agencies)
- Independent, structured and goal‑oriented work style
- Excellent communication skills and confident customer presence
- Good English skills (required for cooperation with export managers and international partners)
- Knowledge of Italian is a clear advantage
- Willingness to travel within your region
