About the role
- Support onboarding and enablement of new channel partners
- Assist in managing day-to-day partner communications and requests
- Coordinate partner activities such as webinars, trainings, and campaigns
- Maintain accurate partner data and documentation in CRM and partner portals
- Monitor partner performance and help prepare regular reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure partner success
- Help identify opportunities to improve partner experience and engagement
- Support internal processes related to partner incentives, deal registration, and pipeline tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- First experience in sales, channel management, or partner operations is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
