About the role

  • Want to negotiate with top corporations in the DACH region, take ownership, and create real impact?
  • End-to-end sales in an enterprise environment with a focus on new business.
  • Identify, engage and develop decision-makers at board, executive and leadership levels.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and proposal and contract negotiations.
  • Produce accurate forecasts and take responsibility for meeting or exceeding your quota.
  • Maintain CRM data (HubSpot) and use modern sales tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism.
  • Occasional on-site workshops and onboarding at customer locations.
  • Close collaboration with marketing for lead qualification and pipeline optimization.

Requirements

  • ≥ 1 year of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS B2B sales
  • Fluent German (C2) in spoken and written communication; strong English (at least B2)
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and dealing with complex sales cycles
  • Confident, professional presence — both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region
  • Desirable additional qualifications:
  • Experience in pipeline generation (outbound, ABM, or working with SDRs)
  • Familiarity with common SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC)
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals including legal and security reviews
  • Proven quota attainment track record
  • Degree in business, management or a comparable field.
