About the role
- Analyze and further develop processes and digital solutions in the Technology & Logistics department
- Ensure smooth interfaces between IT systems and manufacturing operations
- Identify process errors and system breakdowns
- Develop appropriate measures to optimize processes
- Support change initiatives and the introduction of new processes as part of change management
- Identify opportunities for digitalization to improve processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent professional experience as an engineer/technician
- Experience in production/manufacturing and quality management
- Excellent knowledge of process analysis and optimization
- Experience designing and implementing processes, as well as evaluating, simulating, and automating processes
- Proficient with SAP, IoT/Industry 4.0, Microsoft Fabric, and common MS Office applications
- Team player with strong IT affinity and analytical skills
