About the role
- Travel within Texas to support and mentor field team members
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Total Loss Representatives
- Oversee total loss claim handling, quality, and statutory compliance
- Review claim files, adjuster work, and performance; provide feedback and evaluations
- Manage workloads and resources in coordination with claims leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support catastrophic event response
- Stay current on auto repair trends, total loss regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10+ years of claims experience
- Texas All Lines Adjuster License required
- Proficiency with claims systems and auto estimating software
- Strong knowledge of auto physical damage and total loss programs
- Prior experience managing a Total Loss program and remote teams
- Must be bondable
- Valid Texas driver’s license and able to travel.
