About the role
- Establish a national distributor network for Dumawall by leveraging existing industry relationships.
- Travel extensively (up to 80%) to meet, enroll, and onboard distributors in key markets.
- Lead strategic outreach to major bathroom renovation players and coordinate pilot or flagship projects through distributor partners.
- Drive ongoing sales growth within the established network through training, support, and performance tracking.
- Identify new business opportunities—projects, spec opportunities, commercial or residential developments—and direct them to distributors for evaluation and execution.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales or business administration.
- Proven track record (7+ years) in business development or sales leadership within plumbing supply distribution or related industries.
- Established national relationships with distributors, showrooms, or renovation channel partners.
- History of successfully launching a new product line and scaling market adoption.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
