About the role
- Preparing detailed and accurate quotes for dance flooring systems.
- Submitting and tracking customer orders, monitoring sales activity.
- Providing inbound sales and technical assistance to dance professionals and studios.
- Recommending customized product solutions that align with client requirements.
- Actively contributing to building long-term customer relationships.
- Processing orders using sales inventory management software.
- Maintaining communication with management by submitting activity reports and sales metrics.
- Participating in training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams for customer insights.
- Assisting in managing inventory levels based on demand trends.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- One year proven inside sales experience, direct sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong computer experience, ERP experience preferred.
- Strong math skills.
- Prioritization and organizational skills.
- Interest or experience in the dance or theater community, a plus.
