About the role

- You will drive execution through influence, compelling Platform and Solutions teams to adopt your roadmap by rigorously proving the market opportunity.
- You will prove solutions work before engaging development, running manual pilots and concierge MVPs to generate validated "Confidence Scores," ensuring we build only what is proven to sell.
- You will build, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of 2–3 Product Managers, providing the strategic guardrails and cultural foundation necessary for the group to thrive.
