Solutions Engineer

• Identify and understand complex customer needs and requirements
• Develop and customize solutions using Geotab’s open platform
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Geotab ecosystem for partners and end-users
• Engage and collaborate with strategic partners and key end-users to optimize use of Geotab technology
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, product management and other solutions engineering teams as a key technical resource
• Drive revenue growth by translating technical capabilities into business value and delivering demonstrations and pilots
• Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt, accurate service and internal support
• Support partner upskilling and adoption of best practices across channels
• Assess and analyze complex partner and end-user business challenges and propose solutions or alternatives
• Provide partner and end-user feedback to inform product improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer/partner engagements and solution designs
• Manage high-impact projects and strategic customer/partner implementations
• Create and contribute to processes and procedures, handle escalations and drive change
• Mentor and support Solutions Engineers and other team members
