About the role
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients using GeoSoftware products.
- Assist in delivering training sessions, demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, professional services, and onboarding for new users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Help develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and software updates to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petrophysics, Geophysics, Geoscience, or a similar Earth Science
- +3 years of experience working on the Seismic Petrophysics, Rock physics, Geophysics, preferrable experience with client interactions.
- Experience with GeoSoftware or similar geoscience software tools.
- Exposure to training delivery or technical support roles.
- Well versed with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Speak fluent Spanish and English languages
- Located in the LAM region
- Desired: Experience using one or more of GeoSoftware’s products
- Exposure to the usage of one or more of the GeoSoftware family of products (PowerLog, HampsonRussell, Jason, or InsightEarth)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
- Speak Portuguese
