About the role
- Define and validate the 12-month partnership strategy with clear, realistic milestones that you own
- Identify, qualify and sign the five priority strategic partnerships in year one
- Build partner onboarding, activation and creation processes from scratch
- Activate local agencies of nationally contracted integrators — create real buy-in where deals actually close
- Shift engineering firm relationships from transactional (post-deal CCTP) to upstream specification and prescription
- Negotiate commercial terms with integrators — defend Vizzia’s margins by making the value case rather than conceding on price
- Make Vizzia genuinely partnership-friendly across Sales, CS, Ops, Finance and RevOps — map friction points, fix them, and do so without a direct reporting line over anyone
- Build a reliable partner pipeline report that gives leadership full visibility with no surprises
Requirements
- Experience in an integrator / engineering firm / public procurement ecosystem — video surveillance, security, smart city, access control, connected lighting, or adjacent sectors
- Established relationships with key players — relationships you’ve genuinely built, not just names in a CRM
- Public procurement fluency: CCTP, BPU, framework agreements, UGAP/VONUM — you speak the language
- Builder mindset: you thrive without established processes or a team at first, and you build anyway
- Commercial backbone: you defend margins, argue on value, and don’t reach for discounts by default
- Ability to align stakeholders across Sales, Ops and Finance without relying on hierarchical authority
- Proven track record of building and managing a team
- Professional proficiency in English
