💰 €80,000 - €110,000 per year

About the role

  • Sign €350K ARR in the first year and €700K in the second year
  • Hold the first 100 meetings within 3 months to help the team identify the right pitch and generate qualified leads
  • Sign approximately 7 contracts to reach €350K ARR, i.e. about €50K per contract
  • Improve the Vizzia Safety sales playbook in collaboration with the manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience in complex SaaS sales
  • Autonomous and fully proficient in SaaS sales techniques, from prospecting to closing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) required
  • High energy and exceptional interpersonal skills: able to adapt to and engage with any type of stakeholder
  • Performance-driven: comfortable with result-oriented pressure and motivated to exceed targets
  • Resilient and eager to learn: able to sell and differentiate the product in a competitive environment; willing to continuously improve, iterate on the pitch and methods, and raise the level of the team and Vizzia
  • Entrepreneurial experience or prior go-to-market experience is a plus
  • Experience selling to local authorities or public-sector organizations is a plus
