About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the academic, admissions, student life, and administrative functions of several graduate programs
- Coordinates activities for more than 50 graduate students
- Advises and supports ~50 graduate students; track academic progress and compliance
- Administers program logistics including course schedules, faculty support, events, and reports
- Coordinates graduate admissions, recruitment, and orientation activities
- Collaborates with University offices to advance student services and departmental initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 1–3 years of administrative, database, and computer experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information
