About the role

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Build new Objects, Layouts and processes to support new sales & support initiatives, including requirements gathering, testing & rollout support.
  • Design and implement automated processes using Salesforce Flow to improve operational efficiency.
  • Complete regular environment audits to ensure data quality. Manage importation of new data as necessary
  • Act as the primary resource for users. Create enablement materials and assist with onboarding new team members to ensure effective adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a mature B2B Sales Environment
  • Experienced with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud a plus but not required
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Permission Sets & experience deploying production updates
  • Experienced working with vendors and integrating new Salesforce technologies, such as marketing automation software etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and independently in the absence of internal documentation.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly whether speaking to technical stakeholders or customer facing representatives/users
