• Cultivate and sustain business and technical relationships with customers to ensure long-term success through delivering value via our solutions.

• Lead project management initiatives to facilitate seamless transitions for customers, including migrating customers from one environment to another and guiding customers through the process of rectifying technical issues stemming from integration errors.

Full-stack Engineer

• Shape the client platform's architecture of geolocation compliance solutions
• Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across mobile, Desktop, and JavaScript SDKs
• Collaborate closely with engineering managers, product managers, and senior engineers across all platforms
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to product strategy
• Design and implement data flow across SDKs and core services

Staff Software Engineer, Client Platforms

Support Engineer

• Assist GeoComply and end-user customers with their technical requests, investigations, and questions through our ticketing systems: Salesforce, Jira, and Slack.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including solution integrations, geolocation accuracy, network configurations, and system performance.
• Support investigations by reviewing data tables and logs (e.g., in Grafana, Kibana) and creating reports using pre-configured scripts and in-house solutions.
• Complete configuration changes or escalate internally with a clear technical context.
• Monitor performance alerts and communicate any valid issues immediately to our affected clients and Incident teams.
• Communicate and coordinate with Customer Success Managers to manage clients and escalations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams by providing detailed technical information and observations, or suggestions for improvement.
• Actively contribute to our knowledge base by creating and refining troubleshooting documentation and user guides for internal and external use, based on observations from the queue

Technical Support Associate

Data Analyst

• Take ownership of the entire BI project lifecycle. This includes gathering requirements from stakeholders, identifying and validating necessary data sources, building and maintaining data models, and designing intuitive, insightful dashboards (e.g Power BI, Databricks, Kibana)
• Conduct analysis & collaborate with stakeholders to uncover the root causes, investigate underlying trends, and present not just what happened, but why it happened.
• Present your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Create compelling narratives that use data to illustrate a business problem, the analysis you conducted, and your proposed solution
• Work with respective product managers or department heads to develop production monitoring system; liaising with the CS, SD, PM, and AM teams to ensure they have the most up to date information to meet client needs
• Guide and mentor junior analysts on the team, sharing best practices for data analysis, dashboard design, and data storytelling.

Accounting Manager

• Lead strategic projects from start to completion, including selection, procuring and overseeing the full lifecycle of major initiatives like ERP optimization and upgrades.
• Spearhead process transformation and efficiency initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement in the Accounting organization.
• Play a key role in SOX compliance initiatives by leading the design and implementation of new controls.
