About the role

  • We’re GeoComply — geolocation, cybersecurity, anti-fraud tech. The Revenue Operations Manager optimizes systems, processes, data infrastructure powering revenue. Reports to the Chief Business Officer; partners with Growth, Gaming, Customer Success leaders. Owns revenue technology stack with Salesforce at core; designs scalable Salesforce solutions and automations. Maintains data integrity, governance, security controls, user roles, permission sets. Provides training, documentation, change management to drive adoption. Manages integrations (e.g., Marketo) and recommends innovations including Salesforce AI features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role with a strong focus on Salesforce in a B2B environment. Proven experience supporting and collaborating with go-to-market teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Hands-on experience with configuration tools such as Lightning App Builder and Salesforce Flow is essential. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Experience managing integrations with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) or other business systems is a definite asset. Familiarity with Salesforce's latest AI capabilities is an asset. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer.
