About the role

  • Acquisition and winning of new customers
  • Identification of suitable target customers and initial contact

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in new customer acquisition or technical field service
  • Enjoyment of hands-on work and technical understanding — ideally first experience with construction technology, trades, or surveying
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to be on the road for daily field work
  • Empathy, strong closing skills, and the ability to inspire trade partners and end users about products and solutions
  • Self-starter with ambition and discipline — you work independently, are resilient, and aren’t put off by a “no”
  • Strong communication skills and business-fluent German, both spoken and written
  • Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets and celebrate successes
