About the role
- Acquisition and winning of new customers
- Identification of suitable target customers and initial contact
- Conducting needs analyses and presentations
- Preparation of tailored proposals and contract negotiations
- Management and strategic development of existing customer relationships
- Demonstration of solutions on construction sites and training of users
- Structuring the sales week and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
- Providing market feedback to the development and product teams
Requirements
- Experience in sales, ideally in new customer acquisition or technical field service
- Enjoyment of hands-on work and technical understanding — ideally first experience with construction technology, trades, or surveying
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to be on the road for daily field work
- Empathy, strong closing skills, and the ability to inspire trade partners and end users about products and solutions
- Self-starter with ambition and discipline — you work independently, are resilient, and aren’t put off by a “no”
- Strong communication skills and business-fluent German, both spoken and written
- Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets and celebrate successes
