• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Independently identify suitable target customers within specialist dealers, or jointly with our trade partners in the construction sector
• Make initial contact and set appointments by phone, up to conducting in-person consultations on site
• Conduct needs analyses, present appropriate solutions, and convince new customers with clear arguments
• Prepare tailored proposals and lead negotiations through to successful closing
• Support existing customers and actively maintain customer relationships
• Strategically expand partnerships and identify additional potential opportunities
• Perform application and product demonstrations on construction sites
• Provide on-site and digital briefings and training, and answer technical questions
• Structure your sales week independently while keeping KPIs in focus
