• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise supplier risk management framework across the supplier lifecycle
• Execute and enhance risk-based supplier assessments, including data security, privacy, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, financial stability, and materiality considerations
• Ensure risk requirements are appropriately embedded at each lifecycle stage: Selection, Contracting, Ongoing Management, Exit
• Operationalize governance standards, policies, and procedures
• Manage and operationalize recurring governance activities such as supplier reviews, risk attestations, control validations, remediation tracking, and issue escalation

• Designing the structural blueprints for Genworth’s data systems
• Establishing enterprise data models including an enterprise insurance data model that is followed by different build and vendor partners.
• Defining data domains and structures based on business requirements.
• Creating decision trees to define what must be consistent based on the situation and requirements.
• Defining and designing interoperability across data solutions including the technology platforms, data pipelines, data models, ML and AI applications, data governance platforms, data security, and hyper scaler cloud services.

• Experience modernizing legacy mainframe applications—including migrations to SaaS-supported platforms.

• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents work assignments, including program code and technical documentation.
• Gathers information from existing systems and analyzes program and time requirements.
