Risk

• Oversee the Enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program, including policies, standards, and governance.
• Drive implementation and usage of platform for Business Continuity Management.
• Provide independent risk oversight and effective challenge of business continuity strategies, plans, and assumptions.
• Ensure Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), recovery strategies, and critical dependencies are maintained and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Own Safety program for Genworth.
• Design and coordinate enterprise-wide business continuity testing and exercises, including tabletop and scenario-based events.

Operational Risk Manager, Business Continuity

Operations

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including Assisted Living and employer/worksite sales rollouts.
• Lead and develop sales operations strategies that align with long-term growth goals and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Partner across the organization and externally to lead implementations – new accounts, new programs (referral program), new products (Premier Advisors, Assisted Living Communities, etc).
• Strategize and support National Accounts with bulk implementation needs (data collection and management, ease of partnering), particularly new Senior Living Communities

• Lead pricing and product development for standalone LTC and life/annuity LTC hybrid products, including assumption development, profitability testing, and scenario analysis

• Monitor, evaluate, and proactively influence the impact of emerging Long Term Care (LTC) insurance regulation
