About the role

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow products, custom applications, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, flow, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, service portals, workspaces, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure ServiceNow platform stability, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Ensure architectural standards, best practices, and governance are followed for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
  • Perform code reviews, quality assurance, and testing of products and features.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements to ServiceNow.
  • Document technical solutions, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, WSD, EC Pro, EA, PPM and/or Agile 2.0.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Nice to have Strong experience Discovery, Service Mapping, and managing CMDB.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party platforms and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and advising stakeholders.
