About the role

  • Coach senior leaders to build capability, navigate complexity and support team growth and scaling
  • Shape organisational design and lead change, delivering effective, sustainable solutions and mitigating risks
  • Develop and deliver people strategy, aligning client needs with regional and global priorities
  • Provide trusted people advisory, including ER case management and guidance on local employment legislation
  • Lead core people cycles and BAU, including performance, remuneration, engagement and workforce planning
  • Partner on commercial and financial insights to support cost optimisation and informed decision-making
  • Contribute to regional and global transformation projects to support organisational goals and your development

Requirements

  • Significant experience in People Experience/Human Resources, ideally within high-growth technology industries
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to grow leadership capability and effectiveness, including exceptional coaching skills and the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels
  • Proven experience in organisational design, change management, and strategic business partnering – experience delivering complex people changes, ideally in matrix environments
  • Technical knowledge of local employment legislation and ability to advise leaders on people matters and changes and independently manage employee relations cases
  • Experience working with client delivery teams highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align PX strategies with business financials
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for fostering exceptional people experiences
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving, combining insights with practical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
