About the role
- Coach senior leaders to build capability, navigate complexity and support team growth and scaling
- Shape organisational design and lead change, delivering effective, sustainable solutions and mitigating risks
- Develop and deliver people strategy, aligning client needs with regional and global priorities
- Provide trusted people advisory, including ER case management and guidance on local employment legislation
- Lead core people cycles and BAU, including performance, remuneration, engagement and workforce planning
- Partner on commercial and financial insights to support cost optimisation and informed decision-making
- Contribute to regional and global transformation projects to support organisational goals and your development
Requirements
- Significant experience in People Experience/Human Resources, ideally within high-growth technology industries
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to grow leadership capability and effectiveness, including exceptional coaching skills and the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels
- Proven experience in organisational design, change management, and strategic business partnering – experience delivering complex people changes, ideally in matrix environments
- Technical knowledge of local employment legislation and ability to advise leaders on people matters and changes and independently manage employee relations cases
- Experience working with client delivery teams highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align PX strategies with business financials
- A collaborative mindset and passion for fostering exceptional people experiences
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving, combining insights with practical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
