Requirements
- Experience in Electricity, Gas or Water utility industries
- Previous experience using or implementing Junifer, Velocity, or similar enterprise CIS/CRM systems.
- Passionate about delivering market leading customer service.
- Excellent communicator, relatable to team members and respected by senior customer stakeholders.
