About the role
- Draft initial and interim petitions, appeals, and enforcement filings in labor law cases
- Meet with and advise clients, ensuring excellent communication and case follow-up
- Monitor case progress and manage deadlines
- Supervise interns, organizing tasks, assignments, and the legal schedule
- Conduct online and in-person hearings
Requirements
- Law degree and active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
- Prior experience in Labor Law
- Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong time management
- Ability to manage a team and handle administrative and procedural routines
- Experience in civil and corporate law is a plus
