About the role

  • Oversee day‑to‑day payroll processing activities for assigned employee groups or regions.
  • Validate payroll inputs, including attendance, variable pay, deductions, and employee master data changes.
  • Ensure timely execution of payroll cycles and system updates.
  • Review payroll outputs to confirm accuracy before final approval by the Payroll Manager.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  • Ensure payroll activities adhere to statutory requirements, company policies, and audit standards.
  • Support audit preparation by providing required documentation and responding to routine queries.
  • Monitor compliance with local legislation and flag risks or required updates to the Payroll Manager
  • Maintain data accuracy within payroll systems, including SAP Payroll.
  • Identify system issues or enhancement opportunities and raise them for evaluation.
  • Prepare standard payroll reports, including earnings summaries, tax reports, and leave balances.
  • Support reconciliation activities related to payroll, taxes, and contributions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administrations or related HR fields.
  • Minimum years of experience in HR / Payroll operations.
  • SAP Payroll experience is essential
  • English Proficiency (B2 Level).
  • Experience working in a multinational’s environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous engagement in process enhancement and automation.
