About the role

  • Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
  • Client Management- Manage the I2C portfolio and maintain strong customer relations
  • Respond to customer emails related to invoice requests/ payment / dispute/Collections queries.
  • Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
  • Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
  • Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
  • Perform daily internal audit
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions
  • Ability to interpret customer documentation that can be vague at times and solve problems related to customer billing.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours during peak periods, month end, and year end.
  • Ability to deal with difficult internal and external customer situations requiring tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to deal with system issues and missing Information
  • Time management ensuring all time targets met.
  • Identify process improvements for the Collection Process
  • Lean Mindset or Lean Certified

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience on Invoice to cash transactional activities
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working
  • Strong English & Spanish language skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel intermediate/Advance experience is must to have
  • Reporting, supporting daily and close month activities.
  • Experience in Invoice to cash domain
  • Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders
  • Good influencing skills and interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of SAP and Oracle.
  • Good team commitment and results delivery orientation.
  • Familiarity with customers portals and other industry-specific platforms used to manage transactions, resolve disputes, and track payments.
  • Able to navigate through PowerBi reports
