About the role

  • Leverage appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to synthesize, clean, visualize and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need
  • Consult to identify risks and opportunities that impacts the performance of the business and convert them into analytical solutions and provide appropriate actionable insights
  • Identify and convert new savings opportunities through customer nuances, trending (deductions, payment etc.)
  • Client Relationship management: Constantly communicate with client and internal stakeholders to build a strong relationship that is essential for seamless delivery of services
  • Operational excellence – governance, weekly utilization, project prioritization, team resource optimization etc.
  • Responsible for leading the design and implementation of an ERP solution-delivery of project deliverables including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs.
  • Collaborates inside the company with members of the team, peers and Operations council, with the client stakeholders or other internal teams to accomplish the allocated objectives.
  • Contributes to the procedure and process maps design and updated, ensuring the nuances and details are captured.
  • Contributes to defining the KPIs of the process.

Requirements

  • Language level: French and English C1
  • Relevant experience of Human Resources Operations and SAP or other ERP project implementation experience is mandatory.
  • Graduate with Basic Accounting Knowledge and analytical skills
  • Good Leadership skills
  • Should understand Operations KPIs
  • Should have comprehensive knowledge customer onboarding process
  • Ability to initiate & execute performance improvement plans
  • Should have successfully completed performance improvement projects
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with all key stakeholders, internal and client
  • He/she should thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Should have done volume forecast & capacity planning
  • Ability to handle pressure
