About the role

  • Take end‑to‑end accountability for assigned A2R process areas
  • Apply strong accounting judgment to ensure SAP solutions enable accurate financial reporting and decision‑making
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Drive simplicity by promoting standard, scalable SAP solutions
  • Ensure A2R processes and SAP configurations comply with US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, or SAP Finance roles
  • Strong understanding of A2R / R2R processes and financial close activities
  • Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA; SAP Fiori experience preferred
  • Experience with SAP‑integrated solutions (BlackLine, Concur, OpenText/VIM or similar)
  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving approach, and excellent communication abilities.
