About the role
- Drive, collaborate, and advise on the end-to-end category, contracting & sourcing process for R&D services.
- Build contracting & sourcing trial strategies and create leading practices.
- Facilitate timely, fit for purpose contracts.
- Manage vendor governance, performance management, and contract issue escalation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7+ years of industry related experience.
- Proven experience in clinical outsourcing management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
