About the role
- Execute all employee and contractor data transactions, including seamless onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and off cycle compensation changes.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, managing our People Ops ticket queue with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy across all platforms. You’ll be responsible for data cleaning and proactive troubleshooting.
- Create, maintain, and update internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Partner with the broader People Team to support internal system for performance and employee experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Payroll support, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources or any related course
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (filters, pivots, lookups, graphs, etc.).
- Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred).
- Experience working with Zendesk or equivalent ticketing systems.
- Experience with Lattice is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data and checklists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
