Supports growth of Genetec’s Elite and Unified Elite Channel Partners, plus Strategic and National Accounts; enables partners and plans for long-term success.
Driving adoption of SC SaaS; positioning it to end users and overcoming objections; encouraging partners to leverage Genetec Partner Portal for training and deal management.
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned partners; maintain relationships to drive brand preference and commitment to Genetec’s solution portfolio.
Provide ongoing business planning, forecasting in CRM, and strategy development to drive long-term profitable growth.
Advise partners on Genetec product suite; educate on solution offerings, use cases, differentiators.
Track SC SaaS engagement and pipeline; coordinate with ISRs, product marketing, LMS, and sales engineers to enable partners.
Facilitate onboarding programs, training, and enablement through the Partner Portal; monitor pipelines and deal acceleration.
Attend industry conferences to strengthen relationships and showcase Genetec’s leadership across security, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions.
Stay informed on competitive landscape; drive overall partner engagement and revenue growth across Genetec portfolio.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in channel sales, security technology sales, SaaS sales, or partner enablement
Proven ability to drive product adoption and enablement across a diverse partner network
Strong knowledge of security solutions, SaaS models, and channel partner ecosystems
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience tracking adoption metrics and sales performance using CRM tools
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events
