About the role
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Genetec University’s learning management system (LMS)
- Configure and maintain LMS components and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
- Support the rollout of new LMS features such as gamification, forums and community features
- Provide support to Genetec internal teams who deliver programs through Genetec University
- Participate in and support the monthly Genetec University community
- Create tutorials using our course design tool and publish course templates on Genetec University
- Serve as the expert for Genetec’s digital accreditation and badge platform
- Create, manage and update badges for multiple programs and audiences
- Collaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders on badge design, branding and updates
- Support recognition programs and events (current and upcoming)
- Manage and track internal communications and requests related to Genetec University
- Contribute to internal communication strategies such as email campaigns, newsletters and webinars
- Maintain and update the LEEDS SharePoint page and the Learning section of the Sales Tools SharePoint to ensure information remains current and accurate
- Assist with organizing and executing various learning and partnership events
- Support coordination of technical college programs and new external educational initiatives
- Contribute to the rollout of new programs
- Work closely with Sales teams to support deployment of enterprise training plans for large end-customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives and client needs
- Ensure DevOps, Confluence and associated resource repositories are accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Education in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills in English and French
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable working with digital platforms
- Creative and collaborative mindset
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Experience with LMS platforms (experience with Docebo is a strong asset)
- Experience with digital certifications, learning content tools or community programs is a plus
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and customers)
