About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US East region.
- Set and achieve revenue and growth targets, as well as other key performance indicators.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance efficiency.
- Identify and explore new market segments and expansion opportunities within the region.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively more senior sales leadership roles
- Extensive experience in business to business (B2B) sales, preferably in the AI Technology/Software, Software as a Service (SaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), or related industry
- Strong understanding of the US East region market dynamics
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key customers and partners
- Willingness to travel as required.
