About the role
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data queries and reports
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, ensuring accuracy and visual clarity
- Analyze enterprise data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Support sprint activities including planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an agile scrum team setting
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and contribute to recurring reporting efforts
- Collaborate with data engineers and data product owners to support data pipeline development and quality assurance
- Document analytical processes, datasets, and key metrics for knowledge sharing and continuity
- Learn and apply best practices in data governance, data modeling, and visualization standards
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, business, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python (preferred)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Understanding of data structures, data quality, and basic statistical methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, agile framework
- English proficiency is required
- Preferred: Master’s degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, business, or a related field
- Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Preferred: Experience working in a technology company or SaaS environment
