About the role

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data queries and reports
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, ensuring accuracy and visual clarity
  • Analyze enterprise data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
  • Support sprint activities including planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an agile scrum team setting
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and contribute to recurring reporting efforts
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data product owners to support data pipeline development and quality assurance
  • Document analytical processes, datasets, and key metrics for knowledge sharing and continuity
  • Learn and apply best practices in data governance, data modeling, and visualization standards

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with a scripting language such as Python (preferred)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of data structures, data quality, and basic statistical methods
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, agile framework
  • English proficiency is required
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, business, or a related field
  • Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Preferred: Experience working in a technology company or SaaS environment
