About the role
- Design and implement a unified Power BI dashboard to consolidate strategic and operational KPIs
- Develop ETL processes to integrate data from different sources
- Create optimized data models that link business and operational metrics
- Implement intuitive, interactive visualizations to facilitate performance analysis
- Automate data refreshes, ensuring reliability and availability of information
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific KPI monitoring needs
- Document the solution architecture and processes for future maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience developing dashboards in Power BI
- Advanced skills in data manipulation using SQL and DAX
- Experience integrating multiple data sources in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, etc.)
- Experience with Databricks for data processing and modeling
- Ability to model data efficiently for performance analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics at various organizational levels
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and business teams
