About the role
- Own the end-to-end coordination of multiple product launches, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and business objectives are met.
- Create and maintain launch documentation, playbooks, and process guidelines to drive consistency and scalability across all launches.
- Develop and manage detailed launch plans and charters; track progress, identify risks, and recommend contingency plans.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and readiness across Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Provide ongoing communication to leadership and stakeholders, including status updates, risk assessments, and launch readiness reports.
- Monitor launch performance and lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize future launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project or launch management, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with minimal direction.
