About the role
- Ensure compliance with and communicate all Genesis Group policies
- Design operational strategies for projects to achieve results
- Identify, propose, and implement operational improvements
- Act as the business steward (guardian) of the operation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proven experience in project monitoring and delivering results
- Knowledge of royalties and experience as an RTV are a plus
