About the role
- Serve as the senior leader responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving human resources systems
- Oversee candidate recruitment and hiring processes
- Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Execute and administer payroll functions and benefits programs
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure compliance with applicable laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred, in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive human resources leadership experience
- Certifications: SHRM certification required
- At least five years of supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Monday.com, ADP, BambooHR, Google products, including Google Sheets, Word, and Slides
