About the role

  • Serve as the senior leader responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving human resources systems
  • Oversee candidate recruitment and hiring processes
  • Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Execute and administer payroll functions and benefits programs
  • Manage HRIS systems and ensure compliance with applicable laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred, in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive human resources leadership experience
  • Certifications: SHRM certification required
  • At least five years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Monday.com, ADP, BambooHR, Google products, including Google Sheets, Word, and Slides
