• Execute daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, reconciliations, payment processing, and ACH/wire transfers

Treasury Analyst

Director

• Drive decision-making on prioritization for greenfield development and M&A activities by developing deep familiarity with large load and powered land dynamics across U.S. electricity markets.
• Support efforts to build strategic relationships with leading renewable energy and powered land developers.
• Assess and interpret consultant merchant curves (energy, RECs, capacity, ancillary services) and make recommendations on uses and sensitivities based on the underlying assumptions.
• Assist the Origination team with customer and PPA price research, contributing to competitive positioning and deal structuring.
• Oversee utility engagement efforts related to interconnecting large loads.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and research projects as needed for internal groups that require commercial or market fundamentals input.
• Provide periodic updates and presentations to the Board and the Executive Team on market developments most relevant to the company’s growth strategy.
• Over time, build proprietary internal infrastructure including price forecasts, basis/curtailment analysis, and a unified market strategy deck used by both Origination and Finance.

Director, Power Markets Fundamentals

• Provide development leadership for a portfolio of behind-the-meter and on-site power generation projects serving critical load customers across North America
• Drive projects through all phases of development including fatal flaw analysis, site diligence and feasibility, customer coordination, utility and interconnection management, commercial negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and transition to construction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and manage external developers, consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, utilities, and regulatory bodies
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, executives, and community stakeholders

Manager/Director, Development

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Work as part of a small (but growing) team as an integral part of FP&A
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with a broad base of stakeholders and serve as a key point of contact for planning and reporting issues
• Build and maintain high-impact financial models: Coordinate with the underwriting and asset management teams to deliver monthly actual vs. budget and forecasts
• Ensure models comply with our reporting framework and modelling standard
• Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses for projects and operations: Ensure FP&A reporting is consistent with accounting; resolve discrepancies (aligning chart of accounts, entities, and data)
• Support annual and long-range budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
• Work cross-functionally with legal, asset management, capital markets, and underwriting to improve forecasts
• Work collaboratively across teams, providing actionable insights to help drive better business decisions: Provide clear and concise variance explanations

FP&A Analyst

Project Manager

• Support relationship building and onboarding of project landowners.
• Assist in site diligence in conjunction with internal teams and consultants including critical issues screening, preliminary design and energy model, landowner and utility issues.
• Support the Project Manager in overseeing EPC contractors and ensuring alignment with goals, contract terms, and project timelines.
• Assist in reviewing and managing EPC contractors, including tracking key deliverables, notices, change orders, and payment milestones.
• Help monitor construction progress and milestone achievement, ensure timely updates are provided to stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering review of EPC contractor site-specific designs, energy models, and permitting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate internal reviews of technical submittals, RFIs, and change orders with engineering, legal, and finance teams.
• Track project budgets, invoice approvals, and cost forecasts, ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting requirements.
• Maintain organized documentation in internal project management systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with audit standards.
• Attend project meetings with EPCs, consultants, and internal stakeholders, documenting action items and coordinating follow-through with Project Managers.
• Coordinate review of project specific design and documentation with utilities, interconnection teams, and permitting authorities to maintain project momentum and regulatory compliance.
• Help coordinate project turnover process, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Asset Management team.
