Project Manager

• Support relationship building and onboarding of project landowners.
• Assist in site diligence in conjunction with internal teams and consultants including critical issues screening, preliminary design and energy model, landowner and utility issues.
• Support the Project Manager in overseeing EPC contractors and ensuring alignment with goals, contract terms, and project timelines.
• Assist in reviewing and managing EPC contractors, including tracking key deliverables, notices, change orders, and payment milestones.
• Help monitor construction progress and milestone achievement, ensure timely updates are provided to stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering review of EPC contractor site-specific designs, energy models, and permitting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate internal reviews of technical submittals, RFIs, and change orders with engineering, legal, and finance teams.
• Track project budgets, invoice approvals, and cost forecasts, ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting requirements.
• Maintain organized documentation in internal project management systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with audit standards.
• Attend project meetings with EPCs, consultants, and internal stakeholders, documenting action items and coordinating follow-through with Project Managers.
• Coordinate review of project specific design and documentation with utilities, interconnection teams, and permitting authorities to maintain project momentum and regulatory compliance.
• Help coordinate project turnover process, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Asset Management team.

Assistant Project Manager

General Counsel

• Partner with the Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors on all matters of corporate governance, risk, compliance, and strategic transaction execution
• Lead and oversee all aspects of board governance, including preparation of board and committee materials, structuring of board authorizations, and management of corporate formalities across Generate and its subsidiaries
• Drive and support high-value strategic transactional work, including corporate M&A, strategic investments and equity raises
• Take a leading role in supporting senior management and the in-house legal team in the pivot towards development work for large load energy customers, particularly data center customers who are facing challenges in connecting to the grid and are seeking innovative behind the meter, preferably green, energy solutions
• Manage enterprise risk across the legal department’s portfolio, including insurance programs, litigation oversight, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the in-house legal team, helping to build toward Generate’s longer-term legal department vision of building out more expertise in project development and finance work
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and direct work to appropriate external resources while maintaining cost discipline
• Serve as a strategic business partner—not just a legal advisor—by bringing commercial judgment and creative problem-solving to complex, often ambiguous situations
• Build deep institutional knowledge across all of Generate’s legal functions, developing the breadth and credibility to take on increasingly senior responsibility as the firm’s legal needs evolve

General Counsel/Deputy General Counsel

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis for new investments, including project-level cash flow models, debt sizing, and returns analysis across the full capital stack
• Execute due diligence on infrastructure assets, drawing on financial statements, third-party reports, and market data
• Support structuring and negotiation of project finance debt, tax equity, and equity investments across distributed and behind-the-meter energy transactions
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to Generate's Investment Committee
• Manage deal execution workstreams, coordinating across legal, technical, and financial advisors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital Markets, Legal, FP&A, Accounting, and Asset Operations teams to support transaction execution and portfolio management
• Support business development and ongoing relationship management with developers, lenders, and strategic partners
• Support portfolio monitoring by collaborating with the Asset Operations and Portfolio Finance teams on asset-level performance and reporting
• Stay current on energy market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging financing structures

Investment Analyst

Business Development Rep

• Identify, qualify, and originate new customer opportunities within Fortune 1000 C&I companies and MUSH institutions
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, senior management, and functional leaders
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through ESA execution
• Lead technical and commercial sales conversations
• Develop and present proposals and investment materials
• Drive programmatic expansion with existing multi-facility customers
• Expand Generate’s network of implementation partners
• Develop strategic relationships with new partners
• Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic partner discussions
• Represent Generate at industry conferences, trade groups, and market events
• Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitive dynamics to inform origination strategy

Senior Director, Business Development

• Serve as primary legal counsel to Generate’s development teams on energy projects from inception through construction
• Negotiate and draft a broad range of development agreements, including EPC contracts, procurement agreements, offtake agreements, and interconnection agreements
• Provide counsel and manage regulatory compliance matters, including regulatory filings, submissions, and ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely project execution and resolve issues as they arise
• Support day-to-day legal needs across Generate’s project portfolio
• Adapt quickly to new asset types and legal contexts
