About the role
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to gather report requirements
- Develop, deliver, and enable complex reports and dashboards using Workday
- Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Proactively identify opportunities for automated self-service solutions
- Work with People Analytics teams to gather data and reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation for reports and dashboards
- Participate in testing and validation of reports and dashboards
- Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timeliness
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting
- Expert-level proficiency in Workday Report Writer
- Excellent stakeholder management consulting experience
- Strong business requirement gathering skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into insightful reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with legal, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience supporting HR data and reporting teams and developing automated reporting solutions
