About the role

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to gather report requirements
  • Develop, deliver, and enable complex reports and dashboards using Workday
  • Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automated self-service solutions
  • Work with People Analytics teams to gather data and reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reports and dashboards
  • Participate in testing and validation of reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timeliness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting
  • Expert-level proficiency in Workday Report Writer
  • Excellent stakeholder management consulting experience
  • Strong business requirement gathering skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into insightful reporting solutions
  • Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with legal, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience supporting HR data and reporting teams and developing automated reporting solutions
