About the role
- Develop plans and strategies to grow the customer base and commercial vehicle sales.
- Achieve sales and forecasting targets.
- Prepare the territory business plan.
- Prepare detailed forecasts by customer type and vehicle lineup.
- Organize, plan, and lead meetings with dealer fleet managers.
- Advise Business Elite program dealers on developing and implementing their annual business plans.
- Participate in trade shows as required.
- Maintain regular contact with each assigned Business Elite dealer.
- Ensure dealer participation in all fleet programs (e.g., GM Elite Sales Program, etc.).
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English required (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and professional image, combined with high standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and relationship development abilities
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in automotive retail or wholesale
- Valid Class G driver's license – company vehicle provided – remote interactions with dealers
- Ability to travel within the region (company vehicle assigned)
