About the role

  • Develop plans and strategies to grow the customer base and commercial vehicle sales.
  • Achieve sales and forecasting targets.
  • Prepare the territory business plan.
  • Prepare detailed forecasts by customer type and vehicle lineup.
  • Organize, plan, and lead meetings with dealer fleet managers.
  • Advise Business Elite program dealers on developing and implementing their annual business plans.
  • Participate in trade shows as required.
  • Maintain regular contact with each assigned Business Elite dealer.
  • Ensure dealer participation in all fleet programs (e.g., GM Elite Sales Program, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English required (written and spoken)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and professional image, combined with high standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and relationship development abilities
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in automotive retail or wholesale
  • Valid Class G driver's license – company vehicle provided – remote interactions with dealers
  • Ability to travel within the region (company vehicle assigned)
