About the role
- Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that enhance strategic planning capability, business acumen, and performance alignment for director and senior leader audiences.
- Design learning experiences that link corporate strategy to goal-setting, performance management, and cultural reinforcement.
- Partner across the enterprise to reinforce strategy comprehension and execution.
- Drive initiatives to embed strategy into key talent processes.
- Manage and potentially launch enterprise programs such as New Executive Integration Program (NEI) and other executive-level capabilities workshops.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or strategy enablement.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Deep understanding of leadership behavior, strategic thinking, and enterprise-level business operations.
- Experience designing and managing leadership development programs with measurable impact.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex, matrixed environments.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools, communication platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).
