About the role
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director, Executive TA.
- Partner and actively build collaborative relationships with hiring leaders across different organizations.
- Work with assigned functional area’s Human Resource partners and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies.
- Employ continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of executive recruiting plans.
- Train hiring leaders in the interviewing and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of executive recruiting experience is required.
- Undergraduate degree or relevant recruiting experience.
- Previous Executive Recruiting Experience directly from Top Tech companies such as Meta, Facebook, Alphabet, Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Uber, or related Tech Startups like Waymo, OpenAI, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with passive, niche, high demand niche executive talent.
- Ability to engage, retain, and negotiate with top executive talent candidates through to interview phases to offer acceptance.
