About the role
- Lead global Total Rewards technical projects and initiatives.
- Manage identification and resolution of business and data issues.
- Act as the main technical contact between business and IT teams.
- Maintain strong knowledge of business processes, best practices, and technologies.
- Promote technical best practices and drive process improvements.
- Stay updated on supplier systems and GM IT platforms for Total Rewards.
- Provide technical training and mentorship within the team.
- Improve IT customer satisfaction through transparent communication.
- Coordinate project delivery with vendors and internal IT.
- Lead configuration and maintenance of Total Rewards systems and portals.
- Own system functionality and integration roadmap.
- Implement governance protocols like RASIC charts and change control.
- Organize Steering Committee meetings and quarterly reviews.
- Oversee all system aspects of program launches and updates.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Payroll, Communications, and vendors.
- Support compliance with accessibility, localization, and regulations.
- Work autonomously with diverse teams and clients.
- Demonstrate dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
- Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal supervision.
- Run effective meetings, build consensus, and engage executives.
- Actively contribute to strategic planning processes by helping shape, understand, and prioritize key business outcomes.
- Participate in all phases of the IT Systems Development Lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
- Develop comprehensive system requirements and end-to-end testing strategies and plans to validate solution integrity.
- Support evolving business needs and drive deliverables to closure with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Perform data mining and analysis to uncover insights and support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or HR technology, with a focus on Total Rewards.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, and other HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and data visualization tools.
- Ability to interpret and apply API documentation for integration and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies using Jira.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Basic knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems.
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with ability to assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
