About the role
- Own opportunity to turn data into measurable outcomes for complex challenges
- Design and deliver AI/ML solutions aligned with U.S. Navy and Marine Corps missions
- Lead/Manage/Support development of AI/ML architectures for fleet operations, cyber defense, and logistics
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into deployable solutions
- Drive outcomes such as reduced data processing times, increased predictive accuracy, and AI model deployment
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, and system integration
- Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or another STEM field
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑Learn)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with secure data pipelines, encryption, and compliance with DoD security controls
- Eligibility for TOP SECRET/SCI with an active SECRET clearance at a minimum
- Excellent consultative selling skills; ability to engage stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and articulate the value of AI/ML solutions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
