Lead the design, architecture, and product roadmap of next-gen AI/ML and LLM solutions for customers
Showcase solutions thru customer facing exercises, demos and pace-setting projects
Collaborate with business development and capture teams to support bids, proposals and OTA efforts
Bring innovation to programs by partnering with on-program teams to deliver AI/ML solutions

Requirements

10+ years of related experience
Education: BA/BS or equivalent
Proven experience in growing AI projects from proof of concept to production
Experience with edge AI and sensing, autonomous systems, intelligence analysis, contested logistics and training & readiness
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
Security clearance level: Secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain & maintain a Top Secret
Experience supporting U.S. Department of War (DOW) programs
Experience with multi-tenant, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture patterns
