Designs, implements, governs, and maintains the overall architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions
Oversee the deployment, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances
Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert (SME) providing technical guidance and mentorship
Create estimations on effort required to produce ServiceNow functionality
Advise and oversee the software testing process
Collaborate closely with system and software architects and product teams
Identify potential risks and issues related to the solution
Provide expert-level support for complex incidents
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Serve as the technical advisor, overseeing all technical aspects of implementations
Proactively ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ServiceNow architecture roles
Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
Bachelor’s degree in related field (or Associate’s degree plus 2 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s)
Master’s degree will reduce the total experience requirement by 2 years
Doctoral degree will reduce the total experience requirement by 3 years
Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices
Strong knowledge of the platform's core modules
Deep proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
Prior hands-on work with ServiceNow or modern DevOps tooling
Demonstrated ability to independently develop technical engineering roadmaps and architecture diagrams
