Manage and coordinate internal AI/Data project cycles
Work closely with senior management to improve team efficiency and execution
Track tasks, timelines, risks, and priorities to keep projects moving
Streamline workflows and support process improvements across the AI & Data organization
Use AI tools every day to automate, research, summarize, and enhance team productivity
Create clear communications, reports, and presentations for leadership
Support cross‑functional collaboration with AI, Data, Engineering, and Security stakeholders
Act as an internal advocate for responsible and effective AI use

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of related experience; with 1+ years being direct project or program management experience
Comfortable using AI tools daily and discussing high-level AI/ML concepts
Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies
Strong organizational skills and an interest in improving operational processes
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills: PMP or AI and cloud-related certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Familiarity with AI and cloud technology
Experience supporting technical teams
