Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases , and schedules aligned with client and project goals.
Ensure adherence to quality metrics and performance standards as stipulated in the project's Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Lead and coordinate testing resource assignments across multiple scrum teams, promoting collaboration and efficient task delivery.
Establish automated QA processes to support all stages of development, ensuring compliance with quality standards like NIST 800-53 and federal security policies.
Execute end-to-end manual and automated testing, validating system functionalities and ensuring high performance.
Author, maintain, and execute automated functional, integration, performance, regression, API, and end-to-end tests using tools like Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, or equivalent frameworks.
Analyze and troubleshoot discovered issues, documenting defects and working with developers to drive resolution.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure that quality remains a top priority.
Review and validate documentation, such as O&M manuals, user stories, test strategies, and software releases for content accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical discipline.
7+ years of QA/testing experience in a software development environment, including manual and automated testing
Proven expertise in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, JMeter , or other commercial or open-source frameworks
Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe software environments.
Hands-on experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps , Jenkins , or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Service Now
Familiarity with federal compliance standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FIPS 140-2)
Familiarity with testing in cloud-based environments such as Azure or AWS (emphasis on FedRAMP environments)
Secret Clearance is required.
