Maintain the operational integrity, security, and performance of Cloud infrastructure
Ensure high availability of systems, manage hardware and network components, and support business continuity through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Monitor and maintain data center systems, servers, storage, and network equipment
Install, configure, and decommission hardware and software
Manage rack layouts, cabling, power, and cooling systems
Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups
Ensure compliance with security, safety, and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot hardware, network, and environmental issues
Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Maintain documentation, inventory, and asset tracking
Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and IT teams
Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power usage)

Requirements

Education: BS in Computer Science
Experience: 12+ years of managing cloud environments
5+ years of Coordinating with vendors, engineers, and IT teams
Deep understanding in managing Cloud Environments including Azure and AWS
Technical skills: Azure, AWS, Zero Trust
Security clearance level: Public Trust
Demonstrated experience as an (Azure Administrator/AWS SysOps Administrator)
