About the role

  • Own the opportunity as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Support integration and development improvements to the ServiceNow platform
  • Expand the platform's impact through module expansion, platform integration, and automation
  • Collaborate with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions
  • Conduct thorough testing and promote discipline in root cause analysis
  • Prepare and execute unit test cases and test scripts; support user acceptance testing
  • Ethically stay on top of new capabilities in the platform and educate team members and customers on innovations

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid skills using the ServiceNow platform including developing APIs via script
  • Competency of client and server APIs beyond just Glide record (i.e. Ajax, date/time)
  • Experience with full SDLC responsibilities leveraging industry languages with an emphasis on JavaScript
  • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Other ServiceNow certifications highly valued
