About the role
- Own the opportunity as a ServiceNow Developer
- Support integration and development improvements to the ServiceNow platform
- Expand the platform's impact through module expansion, platform integration, and automation
- Collaborate with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and promote discipline in root cause analysis
- Prepare and execute unit test cases and test scripts; support user acceptance testing
- Ethically stay on top of new capabilities in the platform and educate team members and customers on innovations
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid skills using the ServiceNow platform including developing APIs via script
- Competency of client and server APIs beyond just Glide record (i.e. Ajax, date/time)
- Experience with full SDLC responsibilities leveraging industry languages with an emphasis on JavaScript
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Other ServiceNow certifications highly valued
